Step Two: What Is the Market Value?
After walking through your property, we will put together a "CMA", which is a Comparative Market Analysis to advise you on the best price to list your home for. This Market Analysis will give you a very detailed look at similar homes around your property and what they have recently sold for. We have strong techniques and strategies that we will go over with you to ensure your home is priced correctly and in a way that will show significant results with both time on the market as well as net profit at closing.
Step Three: Your Property goes LIVE on the market.
At Rally Point Properties, we roll the red carpet out for your "Live" date! We will be calling you in the morning to remind you of all of the important bullet points of what will happen during this exciting portion of the sale of your home. We market your property to numerous different social media and website channels - to include secret JBLM sites that are shared to thousands of people within the JBLM community. We will have an Open House scheduled that will take place within a few days, in which we will actively spread the word to people within your specific area along with different social media sites. Communication is key during such an important time, in which Rally Point Properties promises to keep you informed on a weekly basis in regards to the activity and feedback we receive as showings are taking place!
Step Four: Receiving Offers
Upon receiving offers, we will continue to have that extra level of communication with you to ensure you are always in the know of what is going on. Depending on your preference of reviewing offers, we will schedule a time and day to review the offer(s) that we have sent over to you in a simple, but detailed fashion. Step Six: Closing Day

If you are out of the area during this time, do not worry, just let us know and we will coordinate signing in a smooth way that works for your specific situation. These last few days prior to closing can be a little hectic on the buyers side if they have a lender to finalize final details, so we at Rally Point Properties make sure you have the expectation of the moving parts well in advance.
