Rally Point Properties is owned and led by Amber and Ryan McDonald. Since 2018, our team has helped more than 650 families buy, sell, invest, and relocate with honest guidance, strong advocacy, and genuine care.
Our name was inspired by the military term “rally point,” a secure place to regroup, plan, and receive support. That is exactly what we strive to be for our clients: a dependable resource before, during & after one of life’s largest and most personal decisions.
Our roots within the military community give us a deep understanding of VA financing, PCS moves, and the challenges our community faces on a daily basis. However, our mission extends far beyond military real estate. We serve buyers and sellers throughout the JBLM area and surrounding Washington communities, while helping clients across the country through our trusted and proven Relocation Network.
Our commitment goes well past completing a transaction. We combine market knowledge, thoughtful pricing, strategic marketing and high-level negotiation to protect our clients’ interests and pursue the strongest possible outcome. Communication, education, and clear expectations are at the heart of our approach because we believe clients make their best decisions when they understand their options clearly.
Our team works closely together every day, combining our individual strengths while remaining fully hands-on throughout each client’s experience. This allows us to provide an exceptional level of strategy, communication, and support while ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
With more than 40 years of combined professional experience across our team, we have learned that knowledge matters, preparation matters, and how people are treated matters most. We are always learning, always planning ahead, and never willing to treat someone like another number.
At Rally Point Properties, your goals are our mission. We are here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a team that truly cares about what happens next. Welcome to the Rally Point Properties family - We are glad you’re here!
