“We started our process of buying a house in November 2018 after moving here from Wyoming. Amber was one of the realtors that was recommended due to how she operates. She doesn't harass you, ignore you or over burden you. “In July of 2017, my husband and I decided to purchase our first home. We had no idea where to start so we used a service that matched us up with a couple agents that met our needs. Being a VA buyer there were definitely some reservations from other agents regarding our financing. From the minute we met Amber we felt like she was the agent for us. We arrived at the market center on a Saturday morning and she was there with a home buying binder and answers to any questions we had. She also specializes in VA transactions and was able to connect us with a lender that made the process so smooth! Everything moved quickly! We were out looking at houses the next weekend and made offers on 2 of the properties we viewed. One was rejected and the other was accepted on a back up basis. Amber reassured us that we would get out and look at more properties the next weekend but then 2 days later our back up offer was accepted due to the original buyer backing out! Amber worked her magic and we moved into the inspection phase. There were some issues with the house but really only one (peeling paint) that we were worried the VA appraiser would red flag.
